As we are not your regular doctor, we cannot follow up mentioned services. We will endeavor to copy it to your regular doctor if you provide the name, and we will not take any responsibility for a recall regarding mentioned services. You must follow up with your doctor for ongoing management. We can give you results if you need to have a copy for further follow-up, but that will attract another consultation which will not include any further treatment plans.

We accept all standard payment methods in Australia including Credit cards as well

We won’t use your Medicare card for any billing, but it is a law in Australia to have a Medicare card for any prescription sent by escript. If you don’t have a Medicare card, we will send the prescription straight to the pharmacy, or if you are a student, you can provide your HI number.

Students cannot claim any rebate because this is purely a private service.

Due to Medicare rules and the service doesn’t relate to Medicare. Mental health plans or any care plans can’t be offered on our telehealth services.

Yes, we can do the forms for you, provided you can send us the evidence of positive official logged results by email at admin@telehealthdr.com.au. Please note that a long consultation must be paid for such forms.

As we are not your regular doctor, we cannot offer Centrelink forms to be done on our Telehealth services.

Yes, we are available to serve you at extended hours. However, consultation charges for these extended hours are

  • Standard Consultation (up to 10 minutes) $65
  • Extended Consultation (up to 20 minutes) $158.99

Your prescription can be sent directly to your mobile via escript (valid HI number or Medicare card number required), which you can present directly to a pharmacy of your choice. Alternatively, we can send it directly to your preferred pharmacy for you via email or fax, and the original is posted in the mail.

Telehealth consultations are no longer covered by the Commonwealth Government for Medicare, making it an out-of-pocket expense.

However, our telehealth consultations are very affordable:

  • Standard Consultation (up to 10 minutes) $49.99
  • Extended Consultation (up to 20 minutes) $99.99

All general mild to moderate ailments are easily treatable online. These can include:

Most prescriptions are available over a Telehealth call with one of our GPs. However, We do not provide any Medication which can lead to Addiction, restricted medications , weight loss medications , neuropathic medications , S8 medications , benzos, please note it’s not an exhaustive list and you can ask our doctors in appointments

Repeat orders for your prescription are not available via your Telehealth consultation. We always recommend that you follow up with your regular GP with a face-to-face appointment for any required repeat scripts.
